Ilham, our housekeeper, Najib, our caretaker as well as our concierge will be at your service to make your stay unforgettable with warm smiles and attentive gestures.
HOUSEKEEPER / COOK
Our housekeeper stays on site during the day to prepare your meals and handle daily matters. If needed, she can sleep on site in the service room, well separated and independent from the rest of the house.
CONCIERGE
Our concierge service will take care of your arrival and settling in, introduce you to the staff and give you a tour of the house and all its spaces.
She will offer to organize your activities in Marrakech and its region: golf, yoga, hiking, thrills, traditional and must-see visits, workshops or responsible activities... for 1 hour or a full day... Don't hesitate to ask her for the best addresses!
For a golf trip, yoga retreat or corporate seminar, do not hesitate to consult us beforehand so we can plan your activities together and best prepare your stay.
CARETAKER / GARDENER
Also present for a few moments during the day to maintain the garden, pool and pond... but always with utmost discretion.
HOUSEKEEPER
A housekeeper will come every day to clean your rooms. Sheets will be changed every 7 days.
Towels will be changed on request. Out of respect for the environment, please do not ask us to wash them unnecessarily.
PARKING
Free parking spaces are available outside the villa, in the secure gated residence. On request, you can also park your car within the villa grounds, on the boules court.
WATER
Water is life. It is precious in Morocco and must be conserved. Villa 58 is equipped with a reverse osmosis system that allows you to drink tap water. Beyond the savings, you will be making a gesture for the planet by avoiding plastic bottles.
GAS
The kitchen stove and hammam are gas-powered. Bottles are always kept in reserve.
ELECTRICITY / AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING
The Villa 58 ecolodge is equipped with a 12kW solar power station that operates during the day. The living areas and all bedrooms are equipped with independent air conditioning and heating systems.
SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS
For your security, surveillance cameras are installed outside the house (except for the pool, solarium, jacuzzi, and yoga and fitness areas).
WIFI / INTERNET
The entire villa is equipped with free WIFI and fiber optic internet.
TV / INTERNATIONAL CHANNELS / NETFLIX
Over a hundred channels including CANAL+, NETFLIX, the main French, Spanish and American channels… are available free of charge.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
Arriving before check-in? Have an evening return flight? No worries, we'll store your luggage for free but you must vacate the house.
HEATED POOL
Access to the pool is free. The pool can be heated on request from March to November for the entire duration of your stay. For the three coolest months and in respect of the environment, we invite you to enjoy the jacuzzi which can be heated all year round.
HEATED JACUZZI
Access to the jacuzzi is free. The jacuzzi can be heated on request for the entire duration of your stay.
LAUNDRY
Let us know 24h in advance and your laundry will be cleaned and ironed!
SHOE POLISHING
Let us know 24h in advance and your shoes will be restored to their full shine!
NANNY
Want to have fun without the kids? Want to go out but the children are tired? Let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange a trusted nanny to look after your children, who can sleep on-site in the service room if you return late.
AIRPORT-VILLA TRANSFER
We take care of picking you up from the airport and will bring you back on departure day.
CAR RENTAL
Skip the long queues! Aziz will bring the car(s) directly to the Villa where you can sign your contract at the best prices. Remember to book early enough.
TAXI
We will connect you with Hamid who will offer you the best rates for short trips around Marrakech and can also guide you to the Ourika Valley, Essaouira or even Ouarzazate…
